Kalamazoo College, a NCAA Division III institution and member of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA), located in western Michigan, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the full-time, 12-month position of Head Men’s/Women’s Swim Coach. Applicants should possess a strong coaching background with demonstrated success as a coach and as a recruiter. The individual will be responsible for the overall operation of the swim and dive program under the supervision of the director of athletics. The Kalamazoo College Natatorium is home to the Kalamazoo College men's and women's swimming and diving teams and opened up in 2021. The 29,600 square foot building features eight competition lanes and a separate diving area with 1-meter and 3-meter diving boards. R
