The School of Education at Syracuse University is looking for an individual who will teach PED 200-Intro to Aquatic Fitness (1 credit).
First half of Fall Semester.
Course Description: This class will lay the foundation to become a certified Aquatics Fitness Instructor; teaching the benefits of water exercise to attain high levels of fitness; designed for ages 20-90years old to improve muscle mass, done density, strengthen the heart to work more efficiently, improve your cognitive abilities and increase one's ability to lose body-fat.
